Happy New Year! As we enter into 2024, a few important items to share with you as you engage the new year.
First, remember to join us on Saturday, January 13 at 4 p.m. at the Washington National Cathedral for a very special service titled A Celebration of Character & Courage. This ceremony will be a national salute to honor the service, courage, and legacy of Vietnam veterans, and Gold Star Families, and will also include a renewal of commitment to account for those who remain missing.
Ceremony elements will feature military, veteran, and Gold Star Family speakers, performances by the West Point Alumni Glee Club, personal reflections, and stories and music that highlight the extraordinary contributions of a generation of soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, and civilian loved ones in a gathering of community, faith, and gratitude.
